Where and who did we come from?
Community to learn about and discuss various creation myths, beginnings of culture and civilizations, forms of thought, science, stories, and religion from around the world in non-fiction and fiction.
This is a place to learn, and discuss.
This is not a religious community. Advertising religion is not permitted.
This is not a place to bash beliefs.
Bigotry and anti anything will not be tolerated.
Don't be an ass or a troll.
Memes are allowed as long as they are on topic. There's nothing wrong with having fun.

I don't know what part of "myths" you don't understand. But if all you're going to do is come in here to argue, it won't be tolerated.
I don't understand the part where someone goes looking for a real world explanation for a facet of a myth, because there can never be an answer. I'm sorry if this statement offends you in some way, but if you'd rather not have people react to posts, making a public community is kind of a weird move.
There's a difference between constructive discussion and just saying "lol that wasn't real".
That's nice.
This is your warning.
Well, that's certainly a way to react to someone disagreeing with the content of a post. Which is your prerogative as mod, but it's certainly not reflected in your sidebar.
Don't be argumentative doesn't need to be in the sidebar. If you don't like the comms theme you're more than welcome to not interact with anything in it.
Mana is a topic in multiple parts of the Jewish and Christian creation myths. Understanding what may or may not have been based on real events is well within the area of interest.
This is the longest I'll take on this type of conversation. In the future the comments will simply be deleted without "debate". Have a great day.
