I still don't understand these but I like the vibe
the old sentient machine tells the mage/hacker, that the corpos are envious that she has been able to talk to machines since the beginning, while they have to spend endless resources in order to fuel their `AI' in order to have something that barely resembles machine sentience.
You can speak to computers, you always could. And you do not need a bigtech overlord telling you how and with what.
Why think for yourself when someone else can steal it, feel it, learn it, and think it for you. Look at how easily it steals everything, for you.
