You can't always get what you want

You get what you need
Yeah. I don't know if this will produce change, but saying what they're saying is the best first step. I'm sure we'll all be watching for follow through.
Incidently, it's a good thing that Linus Sebastian recently handed over the role of chief executive to an experienced manager. I think it would have been very bad for Linus and the company for someone who has acknowledged being ill suited to running a company to try to handle this.
Going from personal experience working in companies with techbros in charge you cannot fix the culture without removing all management and starting again from scratch.
The fact this happened for so long with LTT I doubt it can be turned around.
It doesn't matter if LS is no longer CEO. The culture he allowed to develop and did nothing to change lands the blame squarely at his feet. As long as he remains there it does not matter what his title is. The company will stay the same.
It doesn't matter. Ownership hasn't changed.. CEOs are still beholden with the board and he has a controlling share. Nobody is dumb enough to pay actual money for a debt laden company that trades on the old owners name.
Having read the article, it's hard to imagine anyone doing a worse job handling the situation.
