I think the last few years have pretty much proven he doesn't 'need' to do anything.

Sure, because he is a foreign asset meant to transfer wealth to Russia from the US and destroy the US from within. It only benefits him to harm our country.

But yes a competent leader would want things like info from those agencies and intelligence briefings etc so they are prepared on Jan 20.
