Zoom in to the leftmost of the 4 pictures. It looks a lot like the shape in the top of that picture is that same poster of Marx, above someone sitting on that same bed. If you then look at the other 3 pictures it seems that each of them has that same poster of Marx in them. So I think they're all just pictures of her bedroom. (Why? I dunno.)
Maybe she's keeping trophies of all the people who take pictures of her picture of Papa Marx?
After looking at it again, the pictures look like they're in different places. Like, the top one has a James Dean-like poster where she currently has a window. So maybe they're photos of her Marxist friends, all of whom have the same poster? Or maybe they're photos of places where she used to live?
