Not to be too pedantic but how're you fitting two mountains on only 800 acres?
The mountains don't need to fit entirely within the 800 acres, just enough that you can tap them for two red mana.

They want 800 Acres, the city in Isreal. They want lakes added to the desert. They want to get rid of their neighbors Palestine. That's clearly what they meant.
