Thanks to Costco fueled bulk buying, between the last time I bought deodorant and this week, my deodorant changed from the Scent of Adventure to the Scent of Cypress.
So is Cypress the sum total of adventure or an overdue respite?

Do you mean "Cyprus" the country, or Cypress the type of tree?
I was thinking of Cyprus. But the last company I worked for bought a small business in Cypress, CA. and I conflated the two when I made the title.
I didn't know about Cypress CA, but probably should have expected such.
Unlike reddit I am pretty sure we can edit titles on Lemmy
I thought about it, but I'm inclined to leave it. Especially because, unlike Reddit, Lemmy users are understanding... and I kind of like my retirement "joke."
