In Germany, it's 14. These police officers are completely out of it.
Criminal responsibility doesn't mean police won't change after you if you try to run away lol
If a cop is running after a child to arrest them that cop should be in jail for the rest of their life like all other child abusers.
Was the cop trying to arrest the kid?
There is no other possible interaction a cop has with citizens that involves a chase.
