I think it works. It's a lot of colors and textures going on here. The pants are what bother me. Crop those out and it looks great. Maybe a darker pant is called for here? Would experiment with the pants.
Hmm I was hoping the lighter pants would match the light tie, making it stand out less, but maybe you're right ๐ I'll try that next time.
