Why are the Spuds singing When the Saints go Marching in? Lol I think they're at the wrong stadium
They've stolen the song. It's weird AF
Honestly they should just steal North London Forever, that's a song that actually works for them. If you ignore the MV and that Dunford is a Gooner and the non-chorus bits.
They've been singing that for years and I've never understood why. Especially now with So'ton back.
Do they not say "spurs" instead of "saints?"
even more stupid then, no? just make up your own song, we've been doing it for years.
I kinda feel like we're throwing stones in a glass house when every time our German striker in our London club scores, we sing a rip off of This Time for Africa
Ok but there's a massive difference between making a chant with the same tune but half the lyrics are different and literally changing one word from the same song sung by a different club.
Yeah, I'm sure there may be some other teams in the pyramid that makes sense for, literally The Saints being one of them. Spurs though, I have no idea... maybe in celebration of Saint Totteringhams day? They're a bit early though
