Breadtube if it didn't suck.
Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.
Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.
A weekly watch party happens every Saturday (Sunday down under), with video nominations Saturday-Monday, voting Monday-Thursday. See the pin for whatever stage it's currently in.
BE's videos are wildly all over the place, nobody should be required to watch an entire video where it going to be something like a 50/50 chance that its light on analysis and heavy on rage bait and a waste of 15~120 minutes of your life.
You could have just as easily not responded.
What the content is, who it's by, or how long it could be genuinely does not matter to me. To me, tl;dr requests are the sign of treat-brained laziness at best, and a desire to get someone else to do the thinking for whoever's requesting it at worst. No investigation, no right to speech.
Ah, I see you've read Mein Kamph multiple times to fully understand the nuance.
Wrong application of this phrase. Not applicable in this context. The commenter was asking for a synopsis, they weren't making a bold proclamation about something they know nothing about.
Hell, me replying to their comment with "I refuse to watch the video..." and then giving my opinions would have been the place to quote Mao, not them asking for a condensed version by a comrade who spends more time in the BreadTube mines to give context that it would take multiple hours of video watching to fully grasp.
