There's things there that I don't know what they are or what they mean and it makes me feel dumb.

Why isn't it labeled as such?
Top right corner has it labeled from The Onion, actually, though it’s a pretty tiny font.
On mine it's actually low res enough that onion isn't ledgable. I only know its Onion because I've seen his work before.
Oh I thought there was an onion there.
The people down voting you are so proud of having spotted the satire in the OP, and yet...
