Petty clear mine would be a really hardline psychic type, just a special attack glass canon. I'd be a rest/psychic/dream eater/speed boost thing weirdo sweeper.

Electric Flying with the ability Drizzle.

Special Attacker

Thunder

Hurricane

Weather Ball

And Blizzard from gen 1 where it had 90% accuracy

But design- wise, idk.
