I got the dirt on my new client.
Very high maintenance and will argue down to the hour for project work.
Everyone I mentioned it to yesterday gave me this look and laughed lol. And word travelled really quickly around the office.
Document everything.
Absolutely. Calls are followed up in writing to get agreement to points of discussion. Extreme, but need a paper trail.
