Let's say a decent amount of 30 hours per week (as it is already on the upper scale...)
Quiet and peaceful would be enough for most (but one person peace is another one war unfortunately).
I imagine a World on Earth were each of us can contribute with his own talent/passion in which we can exchange freely: information, crafts, skills, goods, etc directly without intermediaries or money (that only a few can print)
In the same time realizing the world we currently live in I'm following this quote: "If you want peace, prepare for war!"
