There are a lot of NSFW communities here on Lemmy. Maybe that'd be a good alternative, though it probably depends on what you're looking for.

Hi! Hm I'm not sure what you mean by "thirst content". You mean NSFW?
Now, in my experience, the buckets of content in those platforms (Pinterest now being a slop haven) is hard to find in other places. I still left them, joined Mastodon (Xitter alternative), and use Startpage's image search instead of Pinterest.
An alternative to IG could be Pixelfed, though I haven't tried it.
I descale my kettle with citric acid. Then I pour that hot water into the toilet and close the lid. Come back 10 minutes later, flush and brush it with the toilet brush at the same time as the water falls. Don't even need to put effort on the brushing.
Haven't had issues in two years.
