What should happen is part-time employees should receive the same leave, proportional to the actual amount of time/days worked.

This needs to be 4 weeks _ minimum_. If the USA can’t match the UK or Germany, then don’t even bother,

Also, as a foreign broadcaster the Trump-controlled FCC can’t threaten the BBC’s license. I think this is a factor in the US-based broadcasters rolling over.
