Hasn't it always been about senile dictators/kings sending other peoples children to die. I wish there was some mechanism that could force a so called 'leader' to - "you wanna pick a fight with nation X, get yourself off then, and don't forget to take your kids..." Until then we're stuck with the same old idiocy over and over again.
