I'd guess that it stopped not because you started using Dvorak, but because you typed less while you were acclimating

Well, given the other leg does look different (ankles+line up leg) but the shoe looks fine I'm guessing he found the shoe and just used the model photo from the shoe. Maybe tinted a bit

I have a rule in my NVim init.vim that it gets room for three line number digits. If it goes over, the screen shifts uncomfortably as warning. That works for my current projects.

Unprompted, unwanted, in the middle of a very intense game full screen, on a computer used as a game console I had to dig out a mouse to use.
