I hope most people got a screenshot of their profile before they shut down to at least get some apps in other entry-level trackers. But with 1h notice probably not.

FNP was a big tracker and I'm sure a lot of people will miss it but it wasn't really a great tracker. Kami was very jealous and protective, trying to be great by harming other trackers rather than growing together. I'm sure that these people will be able to find better homes that are more part of the private tracker community rather than trying to stand apart and suck in donations.

It is definitely slow, but once you get quite a bit of stuff it isn't that bad. But if you want to easier economy just go for OPS.

What does that mean?

The pirates just can’t keep up.

You should check out private music trackers. The pirates are literally racing to get new releases up there. Maybe they aren't quite as complete as some music services but I think it would be hard to argue that they aren't keeping up.

Not a bad tracker, and has routes forward to the whole community.

Having a few public indexers shouldn't hurt. However you probably don't want to add a ton otherwise you will likely end up being overloaded by duplicates.

But really you should invest in getting into private trackers. Even an entry to mid-tier tracker will get you far better and more reliable results than public. Also the content will generally be much better seeded and more reliable.
