To add to this: we're currently working on two options.
- you put your sensitive data into a secure container (similar to privatebin)
- you do not put your most sensitive data on the server (which you can of course self host) but get a request from the employer and then send this data directly to them, bypassing the server, encrypted.
This of course has other implications such as ips getting out but not storing your personal data can be a greater concern than this

Those are my main concerns as well. This is also laid out in the readme and project plan.
The idea is to decide between three states for information: public, encrypted and off site.
Currently (on LI) your personal data is exclusively stored on LI servers (and hopefully not leaked). LI *sees* this data.
On fediwork the most sensitive data is only shared with e2ee. FW stays blind. We only see ips. Same as privatebin.

Das ist nicht so ein gutes Argument wie du denkst. Es ist offensichtlich nur ein theoretischer Ansatz. Die anderen liefern Waffen. Die Ukraine liefert die Menschen. Das ist nicht wie ein Bündnisfall ablaufen würde. Insofern doch, die Ukraine steht alleine da.
Die zweite Aussage ist ebenfalls nur eine Nebelkerze. "Die Anderen machen es auch!" Merkste selbst, ne?
Im Kern geht es darum ob Menschen an die Front gezwungen werden und ob ein Krieg gegen übermächtige Gegner Sinn macht.

Ich kann deinen Punkt verstehen. Aber das ist (wie so oft) eine massive Vereinfachung des Sachverhalts.
Erstmal haben wir für sowas Bündnisse die in dem Fall eintreten. Polen ist Nato mitglied.
Zweitens ist ohne die Nato das Heer sagen wir vier Mal so groß. Das lässt sich nicht gewinnen. Es ist nur ein Fleischwolf.
Drittens ist selbst nach einem Ablassen des Aggressors das Land im Arsch. Wieso dann nicht Zugeständnisse machen und weiterleben? Im Zweifel dann in Russland.
