Hiiii my fellow anarchist cuties! :333, are you also all good citizins like me who would never take chemicals which make you happy because some 70yo wrote that I shouldn't on a piece of paper?, incase you are instead a bad person, come join us!

I just wanted to make people aware that I created a Harmreduction community on this instance(!harmreduction@lemmy.blahaj.zone) because I really think its something we need here, many queer people are turning to drugs, personally, I know more friends who are on “hard drugs” than are not, so I wanted to make a space on this instance for people to safely talk about harmreduction, reddit can be quite toxic and I feel the atmosphere here might be alot better and the people giving advice might be alot more informed already.

If you feel you can advice people, need advice or just occasionally enduldge, please join!

Also I am always there for anybody who needs advice, I am an intravenous polydrug user, amateur chemist, know a decent bit about injecting hormones right and even though I have puppy eyes, I don’t bite :)

... I also happen to be an economically neutral anarchist if that help :3

Lots of love!, Xea

Thanks! <3

as I have mentioned on another comment this is not half of it '^^, I have gone to two therapists but my experiences were mostly negative so instead Im just trying to surround myself with loving people and taking MDMA every now and than hihi~, it has certainly helped me unpack some traumatic experiences I had been supressing for years!

[-] Xea@lemmy.blahaj.zone 4 points 7 months ago

No worries!, considering the way I wrote it, I was already afraid that people would interpret it that way.

Although it still hurts and makes me sick to my stomach to think about.

[-] Xea@lemmy.blahaj.zone 3 points 7 months ago* (last edited 7 months ago)

I did not misgender other transpeople directly(there were none) so no, it does not count as harrassing a minority, it does count as gross hatespeach imo.

[-] Xea@lemmy.blahaj.zone 4 points 7 months ago

thank you!

you should continue to assess the beliefs you hold

hm, I mean, after my libertarian phase, I shifted into individualist anarchism before I ultimately stopped giving a fuck about politics since there is nothing I can change.

A while afterwards I was still experiencing thoughts of self tought about my identity due to the things people I had looked up to were spouting but thankfully these thoughts left.

what kind of believes do you think I should watch out for?

[-] Xea@lemmy.blahaj.zone 6 points 7 months ago* (last edited 7 months ago)

Oh I left so many twists of this journey out, because this is already rant enough :')

Thank you!, that is a nice way to think of it <3

Thank you, hearing that helps <3

and I would love some internet hugs :3

you do you but my lexer(flex) is not helping me socialize, dumb unix jokes aside, lovely advice <3, I will definetly give that a try!

[-] Xea@lemmy.blahaj.zone 3 points 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago)

for the small amount of advice I do have.

It always helps to be directly approaching people, a significant amount of people will positively react to being directly contacted, so fear really isn't warented

advice for people in berlin: write me!!! * puppy eyes *.... also there is a hackerspace called afra which is to a significant part queer, I go there regularly and the people are nice, its just hard for me to actually make friends/interact with people there because of the before mentioned sensory issues

Discussion: making friends (lemmy.blahaj.zone)
submitted 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago) by Xea@lemmy.blahaj.zone to c/transprogrammer@lemmy.blahaj.zone

Hyia! <3

This is a topic which has been a big issue in my life for the past years, so I wanted to start a thread for advice on making friendships, specifically for more nerdy trans people, any advice is welcome! <3, maintaining friendships is just as important as making them!, just don't drop the obvious like "join groups related to your interests", unless you want to make people aware of any.

bonus points if you have advice for people with strong sensory issues(that would be me ;-;) or social anxiety, who are unable to interact properly in groups

Hyia everybody! <3

I made a matrix space for this community on my homeserver, for a more leaned back way to chat, If you are interested, stop by and say hi <3

https://matrix.to/#/%23transprog:socki.moe

sorry to everybody who tried before and was greated by an empty space :(, seams dendrite doesn't support room discovery over federation, I added a room list to the space description and invitied everybody who had joined the space!

Hyia!

I have already mentioned how "nice" it is to be a trans girl in a small legacy software company, so unless anybody wants that I will not go into detail.

but I would love to hear others experiences or advice <3, positive or negative, what kind of company do you work at?, how is your experience?

infodumps welcome!

Lots of love <3, Xea

Hyia Tessa! <3

ooo, that sounds amazing!, I envy that!, I always wanted to go more down into hardware level, correct me please, with a distributed system you mean, an embedded OS, which you deploy in a cluster which shares its resources?, sad that you can't say much, sounds rly interesting!

sorry if that is a silly question, your egg has just recently cracked? :P

tysm cutie! you don't know how much I appreciate that <333, its a relatively new name but the second it came into my mind I couldn't let it go anymore ^^, Tessa is a really wonderful name too btw!

Introduction! (lemmy.blahaj.zone)
submitted 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago) by Xea@lemmy.blahaj.zone to c/transprogrammer@lemmy.blahaj.zone

Hyia!

I didn't find a space for us nerdy trans people on blahaj.zone, so I thought I might aswell create one and see who shows up :)

This place is not associated with r/transprogrammer, seams they have not made any moves to lemmy, and I didn't expect them to.

Feel free to post anything Programming or Trans related, doesn't need to be both, show off your Projects!, introduce yourself, or just banter about life as a trans programmer.

As for personal introductions,

Im Xea, trans girly with a love for C, gas asm and generally everything OS devy / low level, I work for a legacy software company, where it seams whether or not Im valid is a political question and not a question of basic human decency, enough crying.

Thanks for reading! <3

ps: if anybody has any better ideas for the community picture, they would be much appreciated, while the rustacean is cute <333, Its not that general to programming, heck I have never touched rust :,)
