If an involved Appointment (Counseling and similar) isn't in person, I prefer to see them as feels more connected.

I don't see the point of showing or seeing face otherwise.

Ha! I do the same thing.

Quieter, Cooler and I also just about avoid the school runs in the morning.

Leave at 7.30am and home by 9am. Most of that is spent walking to and back from the shop.

I spent the morning clearing up my desk, Got mostly through it and I'm now left with a pile I'm too tired to finish sorting.

The most important thing is I did actually attempt and mostly do it :)

Absolutely 100%, lt is very difficult to get out of that mindset of it being wrong/bad to be on the spectrum.

I'm not totally and doubt I truly will ever be.

I feel the opposite, Getting late diagnosed made me feel less broken as things started to click why I am how I am.

Rather than trying to blend in and "fix" who I am, I've started to just not bother trying.

Changes I make are fine, It's external ones I very much dislike and end up internalizing my reaction.

Mine stems from trying to plan every little detail (when needed) of whatever activity it is.

I just try to remember I unfortunately can't control the world like I'd want to.

I've got great memory, Everything gets sorted away in virtual filing cabinets however finding that info again sometimes gets difficult due to retaining so much. I can't regurgitate/share the info, I just know a lot of things.

Things like Names sometimes takes a minute to recall, Especially if I've not spoken to them in a little while.

Does anyone else sometimes feel alien when you learn that the general public cares about all sorts and I just don't even think about or understand why I should care about it.

I've got next to no stress about the average stuff everyone else (that aren't on the spectrum) does, Yet the little details of generally living my life etc make me really stressed/upset if it isn't correct or going how I think it should.

I had a large supermarket near me that had advertising in store that was those very fast spinning led fan things. They spin very fast to make an image with the LEDs.

I had to avoid that shop for several months before I peered through the outside and saw they was gone. I assume they got complaints.

I got a small(It's about a 15cm square) dehumidifier, I don't expect it to help much with the heatwave but I can see results of it in the collection tank already after only being on for a few hours.

I've spoken twice since I last mentioned the no speaking so that's an improvement.

I am medicated for Anxiety/Depression but they wasn't prescribed for ASD because Medication can't fix what isn't broken.

I've not spoken IRL for over a week now, I'm not sure what caused me to recess into this state.

I'm not really open to discussing because I don't know why. It's just frustrating me.
