Chicken tenders in a toasted baguette with lettuce, tomato, cheese, cucumber, kewpie sriracha and a triumverate of hot sauce.

Took the kids straight from school to a cafe for a metric tonne of chips and gravy; no rush to feed anyone tonight!

It'll likely be baked salmon and steamed veggies, again, easy dinner.
