Android 15 may be able to make your phoneβs screen go even dimmer than usual.
If I were them I'd call the feature Dimmerer.

I used an app called Twilight for years to dim the screen further than allowed and add the red tint at night. Worked a treat.

Mines doesn't go dim enough. It's still glowing, compared to a blue light eye app I used.

Wouldn't it be better for our digital wellbeing to have an option that makes it unpleasant to use the phone in bed? π¬
