The residents of the Russian city of Orsk have started a protest due to the insufficient compensation provided to those affected by a massive flood by the authorities.

Putin probably thinking if their homes are flooded they might as well be sent to the front

Shame all the troops that could help with the flood are piling up in trenches in Ukraine. I guess you reap what you sow.
