That doesn't look like an Iskander. Looks more like a cruise missile, potentially a Kalibr.

Notice the mid-length wings and the dark fins at the rear. (Also note in my linked picture of the Kalibr model, the white rocket section after the rear fins disconnects after launch.)

Not sure why you are getting down votes for providing pictoral sources which seem to back up your correction to me.

Flight angle also seems quite shallow. A ballistic missile like Iskander would come in much steeper since it has to follow a parabola. You're totally right.
