This week in TotK I cleared the first temple (Wind Temple) and have been working on mopping up everything I can in the Hebra region so I have to spend the least time there possible moving forward. It was my least favorite part of BotW and TotK didn't really change my opinion. One related question though: guides I've found say you don't need to do the geoglyphs in order, but I've found the one in the northern snowfield and have combed the entire thing multiple times, including where the guides say you find the tear, but the tear is nowhere to be found. I got the one just outside Rito Village, which is supposed to be second, right away, it was readily available. Are the guides wrong, are you forced to pick them up in order?
No, there is no need to do geoglyphs in the order, but sometime the Tear doesn't show until you are right above it. There were a couple where I am sure I went past the tear one time and it didn't show, and only found it when I slowly moved through that place again.
Slowly move through whole geoglyph, you will eventually find it.

I start my second week playing totk in my holiday. :)
Nice! How are you liking the game? It's a long game with lots to do, you can play it as long as you want (or if you want to finish quickly, you can just do the main quests and ignore all the side stuff).
This weekend I'll play the new splatfest in splatoon 3. I made a mistake last week and thought the splatfest was then, and I spent about 5 minutes in the game wondering where the splatfest was. Felt so dumb.
Congrats on finishing the story of Zelda. I finished the last temple yesterday and I will finish the story next week.

Pikmin 4 Demo and Pikmin 2
Finished Pikmin 1? How are you liking the demo? Getting excited for the full release?
I'm new to Pikmin and started with Pikmin 2 because I personally find the 30 day time limit in the first part a bit stressful. I've already played through Pikmin 4 Demo and preordered it right away <3
I can understand that. I never got around to played Atelier games because of their time limits. The latest Atelier Ryza doesn't have time limits so going to try that, though haven't gotten the time to play them yet. ๐
