The Jrs are great to mod since they are guaranteed 1-chip consoles.

If I were going to do this, I would have also painted the top of the raised lettering black, so that it stands out from the red body of the console.

Still an interesting design nonetheless.

The trick is to use a quality iron and practice. You can find practice kits on alliexpress pretty cheap (tiny speakers, radios, bunch of LEDs, etc...)
