I have it configured through nix. But you could extract it easily from the nix-config repo. But then you have to link it together as nix already does it for me.

Which plugin gives you that splash screen?

Your config is very organized, I haven’t migrated off vimscript yet, but I follow a similar style, just less nice than yours.
