I know this is an article dating back to 2015, but I just come across it again and thought it might be interesting to share. There’s some stuff in here that I can remember seeing before.

Fortress was the codename of an unannounced video game developed as a spin-off action game set in the world of Final Fantasy XII, Ivalice. Players would have played as Basch fon Ronsenburg and seen Ashe make another appearance.
