Still not the best at desoldering but these definitely needed to be replaced.

Whew did you source the buttons? Did you run into any challenges?

Sourced them from kasynparts. Nothing too out of the ordinary, just the usual struggle of getting the holes cleared as to not rip any traces. Eventually I used some hot air to help loosen the last little bit.
