10-27-26 Poland - Drunk driver crashes her Porsche into a pharmacy in Bolszewo.
The 69-year-old woman driving the Porsche Macan crashed completely into the pharmacy after losing control due to her severe state of drunkenness.
The shocking traffic incident occurred on Zamostna Street in the town of Bolszewo, Poland.
The vehicle completely destroyed the front window, counters and shelves of the establishment.
Despite the magnitude of the collision and the fact that the pharmacy was open to the public at that moment, no serious injuries were reported.
Inside the premises there were only two employees: a pharmacist attending behind the counter (who managed to duck just in time to take cover) and another worker on the upper floor.
The breathalyzer test showed a concentration of more than 2 per mille of alcohol in blood.
After the crash, the woman got out of the vehicle on her own with a smile on her face and evident difficulties to remain standing, being later transferred to a hospital for examination.
The police of Wejherowo proceeded with the collection of evidence and security camera recordings.
In Poland, driving under this level of intoxication carries penalties of up to three years in prison, withdrawal of the driver's license and mandatory confiscation of the vehicle.
Material losses are estimated at tens of thousands of zlotys.
In addition, the intervention of a building supervision inspector was requested due to the possibility that the strong impact may have affected the structure of the building.
