I'm going to plug the channel of my friend, JoeMagician. Some really good deep dive ASOIAF stuff on there.
Thanks! I will check him out!
I've watched a few good videos from Alt Shift X and In Deep Geek. I'd say give their channels a look.
Thanks!
Preston Jacobs is honestly very good, but has a reputation for making huge logical leaps. History of Westeros is awesome (they technically a podcast though, but on youtube). Alt Shift X is probably the gold standard for snappy engaging videos. I've also liked some videos by Joe Magician!

Like, the first 20 episodes or so of Radio Westeros are all character deep dives.
@howler
I've found the following to make pretty great content:
In Deep Geek Alt Shift X Quinn the GM
A Song Of Ice And Fire
WELCOME TO C/ASOIAF!
News and discussions relating to George R. R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" novels, his Westeros-based short stories, "Game of Thrones" and "House of the Dragon" TV series, and all things ASOIAF - but with particular emphasis on the written series.
This is a sibling site of the r/asoiaf subreddit.
