you can't use a linux system with steam's tech on top of it to tide you over?
Well I do have a linux PC, and I do have steam on it :3 steam input is one of the best input remappers out there imo, and I use it extensively.. it's moreso that my actual controller is slowly falling apart in my hands, and it's not really worth buying a new one, for the relatively small gap that I'd use it before receiving the steam controller :p
controllers used to be dirt cheap back in the 90's -- are they ridiculous now somehow?
Can't say I know what they cost in the 90s.. for the features I want it'd be at least 40€+ from what I looked at, which is basically half the price of the steam controller at that point
