Dinner tonight will be beef massaman curry with rice and a roti. I think I will add 2 spoons of crunchy ( no sugar ) peanut butter for a richer taste

Friends Thai wife whipped up some amazing authentic food and we got some leftovers that we tossed together with rice. Doesn't look amazing but sure tastes it!

I made fettuccine with bacon, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, spinach and more bacon.
