Ah, I see its about the new added wishlist feature. You can now add custom tags to group your wishlist items. That was indeed a feature some people requested and I would have benefited from this in the past too. It helps reminding you why you added the game to the wishlist. Maybe its about something else, didn't watch.

I don't know anything about this creator, what is it that makes you dislike them? It seemed like a fairly ordinary video to me, but this post is on -4 votes at the time I'm commenting so I must be missing something.

And yes, it indeed sounds like a feature I also was missing. Got 500 items in the wishlist. Some for like "totally buy if slightly discounted" and some shit I just like to observe.
I was close to making my own tool for that, but then it Wouldn't be integrated...
