I sometimes wonder if we could somehow convince the petro-ligarchy to let our ecosystem live.
I haven’t found anything that might work, but am forever hopeful. The problem with fighting with financial resources like that is you’re swimming upstream against a society that still kinda doesn’t give a shit and massive incentive to murder and malign anyone who tries to turn the trajectory from ‘fuck it burn it all’ to ‘maybe some of our civilization will survive?’.
