Overview:

The community dedicated to boycotting the US until they stop fascism, restore full democracy and start following international law.

Americans have a moral obligation to resist Donald Trump and project 2025 at every turn.

America is a flawed democracy currently being ruled by oligarchs. Stop the backslide! Dont let America become the next Hungary.

America needs to challenge the court rulings of citizens united v. fec and shelby county v. holder, protect the media, implement independent district drawing, and the single transferable vote so they don't end up having people stay home in life-changing elections because they cannot vote for their favourite candidate.

You know, this is the first DW video I've ever seen. It's also the last. What an utter pile of CRAP that video is! Had they considered perhaps bringing someone on who actually knows about Canada while opining about Canada?

I'm surprised, DW is usually really excellent. You're right, the 'expert' in this video is garbage and there is no critical thinking on the part of the interviewer.

U.S is completely dependent on Mexican specialized labour and supply chain for foreign tech.

Mexico holds the cards.

Same it's always been (at least since the civil war); profess social-democracy and national sovereignty as long as the ruling class has good private deals with uncle Sam, meanwhile all of the poor have their surplus labor extracted by gringos' enterprises and see their communities gentrified by their immigrants that self-proclaim as "expats" whatever that means. Damn gringos (and yes that includes Canadians as well).

I buy my hot sauce from Mexico! Lets not let the manifest destiny uncle Sam tell us what to do.
