As I got time to stitch again I better get caught up with this SAL from Climbing Goat Designs that ended a few weeks ago.

So yesterday i finished Mary Anning, a self-taught expert in fossiles.

So I only have Marie Curie left to finish it!

Some more to consider adding should you do something similar again: Marie Tharp (first complete map of the seafloor, discoverer of the mid-ocean ridge, proved plate tectonics), Cecilia Payne (singlehandedly proved stars are composed of hydrogen, not silicates, as her PhD thesis),

Thank you for letting me know of those awesome women!

But it's a stitch along from "climbing goat designs", so she decieded who do add, not me.

But she did write that it was hard to pick just six, so she might do another one at some point.

Never heard of them before, but now my wallet is quietly sobbing in the corner.

Your stitch looks amazing ^_^

You are welcome!

I love spreading the knowledge of my favorite designers, and making their wallets join mine in the corner.

If you are into her science patterns, then all that I have seen come with some background info on what you are stitching. So you get more than just a cool pattern.

Thank you!

Thank you for showing this, it's awesome! I'll purchase one to gift someone.
