I just noticed that nothing on my front page loads past the first page if I'm viewing by 'New'. Clicking 'Next' at the bottom of the page just sends me to a screen with grey boxes with loading animations where the image and text should go. It doesn't seem to matter what 'sort type' I'm using either.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

This looks like a lemmy bug, and a non trivial one to fix....

Are you using the website https://lemmy.ca/, or a specific app? I wasn't able to replicate this, but it does come up from time to time.

You can try force refreshing the page (hold shift and click refresh), clearing the cache, opening it in a different browser/device, etc. That would help narrow down what is going on

It was the website via Firefox. Sorry, I didn't check with another browser because I wasn't logged in with any other one at the time. I don't see the same issue with the app, Thunder, on my phone.

I'll double check with different browsers later tonight and force refresh the page too then report back. Thank you for responding!

No problem, let me know if it doesn't work and we can try other options :)

I force refreshed the page; cleared the cache; and opened it in Firefox, Ungoogled Chromium, and Vanadiaum (mobile) and nothing seemed to fix it. Only on Firefox I was greeted with :

504 Gateway Time-out nginx

I should also mention that I tested on my mobile data too in case it was something to with my router or ISP!
