Although Father Pucci's ability physically created F.F.'s body, it was Jolyne and her companions who created F.F.'s soul.

Before this scene, DIO and Pucci discuss the hypothesis that Leonardo da Vinci was a Stand user. Countless people are drawn, day after day, to paintings and sculptures that simply stand on display. That attraction has continued across centuries, transcending both time and death. Even DIO and Pucci remark that they have never encountered a Stand with such overwhelming power.

In other words, something that would seem impossible in the fictional world of JoJo is actually happening in the real world. Stands are a fantastical device, but what they ultimately point toward is not fantasy. They represent extraordinary human abilities that truly exist in reality. Revealing these seemingly impossible capacities of human beings is what JoJo's "hymn to humanity" is all about.

The portrayal of F.F.'s soul stands as one of the series' greatest expressions of its hymn to humanity.
