Starting from Windows 11 24H2(released in Oct 2024), BSoD has now become Black Screen of Death. In the later releases, the QR and the sad face emoji is also removed.
They may as well remove everything and just use: 🤷. Which would be really funny tbh
Smart design decision. It might get indistinguishable from windows update screen, which will probably cause these situations the most.

So it's a smart decision for them to make people have more of a burning hatred for updates than before? Not sure I agree...
Also undue anxiety during every random update... And more cover for when they do that
