Yes, from what I've seen most Hellenic Polytheists identify as Pagan
Considering the period of "classical" Greece is mostly considered as having ended around 323 BC with the death of Alexander and hellenistic Greece ending around 145 BC with the roman conquest, I'd be REALLY suprised if they were christian.
Oh, and I nearly forgot this is about a game:
The game's plot tells a mythological history of the Peloponnesian War between Athens and Sparta from 431 to 422 BCE.
The funniest thing is not only did they not follow Christianity, but they also routinely killed followers of the Abrahamic faiths that were precursors to it
