My daughter lived there, on the sixth floor, and all those concrete slabs are piled on top of each other. We have been here for 11 days. With no hope. Look, look at how thick those slabs are. Do you think four or even ten men can move that? The longer they take, the more likely it is that people who are still alive may be dieing down there.

But the commander is not the only person who matters. Every human being trapped here matters.
