The words Trump and Promise don't go well together. He has only two promises, one to himself and the second to Russia.

I wish they could have just made that deal with the SAMP-T NG system. SAMP-T NG is already European and sending experts and spare parts from France and Italy would be a lot easier...

...not to mention France and Italy having trustworthy politicians in government in regards to Ukraine's defense, who won't stand in the way of any partnerships.
