Tabby is a free, open-source terminal emulator that combines a modern terminal with a built-in SSH client.

It supports Windows, Linux, and macOS, with features like tabs, split panes, themes, plugins, serial connections, and support for PowerShell, CMD, WSL, Git Bash, and more.

Unlike many terminal applications, it's highly customizable, works offline, and doesn't require an account.

Woah. Huge if true. I hate always doing my 2 factor verification to get into my terminal. And I don't even know how they got it working offline.

Yes, those things should go without saying. But this seems directed at a previous "modern terminal emulator" (or maybe there were a few?) that did the rounds a while back and did require an account.

For my part the more damning bit is this:

if RAM usage is of importance, consider [other terminals]

IMO not a great selling point for any utility and particularly not one I'm liable to have tens of concurrent instances of. I'll stick with foot.
