The image mainly shows Eevee, a dog-fox-cat like creature from the Pokemon franchise. I'm sure you know Eevee's iconic design, but for those who don't: it features light brown fur over it's head, ears, legs, tail and torso; its neck is covered by a very fluffy white mane and a bit on the tip of it's fox-like tail; and long, fox-like long ears that have darker brown hair in the inside. It's face has black voids for eyes and has cat-like head features.
The background is placed in an empty room with glass doors and a view of the outside on the left topmost side of the image; wooden floor; white walls on the right side; a porch on the left of the image with a wooden outdoor table and chair set and a view of the ocean behind the porch area. There is a human hand on the left bottom most side of the image pointing a magnifying glass towards the Eevee; enlarging the Eevee's smiley face in a cute and comedic way.
I've been busy playing Pokemon Heart & Soul, it's an awesome ROM hack (and completely open source!)
