There's only 1 HDMI port that works on it and I'd like to alternate where it sends video/display

Like and HDMI male cord that has two HDMI female ports to plug in two different monitors

Depending on your needs, you might also be looking for a Display Link adapter. These let you add a port to an existing setup to run an extra screen.

It's called an HDMI Splitter, and you can find them at many different price points. Just be aware that some of the lower quality models can't handle HDCP, meaning some streaming apps like Netflix might refuse to work at full resolution

Make sure they support the same resolution if you get a splitter, otherwise you want a hdmi switch

I randomly got one a while ago on Amazon that effectively lets me bypass HDCP, so I can record stuff that I'm not supposed to... I use one on my desktop to send signal to the projector for movies.

Yeah, it's called an HDMI Switch.

Alternatively could you daisy-chain them and mirror the display?
