Do you want to know who leased the building before Telehouse North or what market conditions causes the need for Telehouse North to exist?

You have a great sense of humour. You really tickled my curiosity with the latter part of your question.
But what l had meant in my question was that, Telehouse North is an organisation just as White House is an organisation. But as far as Telehouse North is concerned, was there any other organisation which carried out similar functions as Telehouse North ?
Prior to Telehouse the role was covered by British Telecom but BT as an ex government enterprise is known to be our way or the highway organisation. Telehouse was more flexible in its requirements.
BT was supposed to deal with telephones and telegrams, right ?
Yes.
Telehouse North isn't so, not exactly.
Correct, Telehouse is a colocation facility. If you need servers close to internet exchanges or offsite for regulatory reasons places like Telehouse, equinox, Interaction, or NextDC are the most popular option.

Please read the question.
Word salad
That's an organisation ?
It's the garbage combination of words you're vomiting onto the internet. Put some work into learning how to ask questions in an intelligible manner.
